Counselling sessions are one hour long and can be done face to face, or via phone or video call. It’s important to me to keep this service affordable. If the cost is an issue for you, please include that in the message section of the above form. There may be funding available, which can be accessed through your GP or other means. I am more than happy to discuss this further.
